Egyptian immigration procedures for seafarers are not straightforward — visa requirements vary by nationality, airport entry points have different processing arrangements, and documentation requirements at port immigration offices differ from what crewing departments are used to in other regions. Cash to master is one of the more straightforward husbandry services to describe and one of the more operationally sensitive to execute. The timing is almost always tight, the vessel is either about to sail or waiting on funds to proceed, and any delay in delivery is a direct operational problem.
We deliver primarily in US Dollars and Egyptian Pounds. Euro and other major currencies are available with advance notice. Exchange rates are transparent and competitive — official documentation is provided to the Master for every transaction. No hidden spread, no inflated rates applied after the fact.
For berthed vessels, funds are collected from our banking partners and delivered to the vessel by courier with face-to-face Master handover and signed receipt. For vessels at anchorage, we arrange launch boat transfer with sealed, insured packages and Master signature confirmation across all Egyptian anchorages — including in adverse weather.
Our duty officers maintain after-hours banking contacts and emergency cash resources specifically for overnight requests, weekends, and Egyptian public holidays. No vessel is left short of funds because of a timing issue outside business hours.

The two variables that matter are speed of local sourcing where parts are available, and efficiency of customs clearance where parts are coming from overseas.
